Office hours
Season (May 1 – October 31): 08:00–22:00 CET, every day.
Off-season (November – April): WhatsApp and email only, typically 09:00–18:00 weekdays. We run on-request charters for groups of 4+ out of season if the sea allows.
Where the dock is
Marina Frapa is on the west side of Gruž bay, opposite the cruise terminal. Walking from the cruise port: 5 minutes along Lapadska obala. By taxi from the Old Town walls (Pile Gate): 10 minutes, ~€12. By bus: 1A or 1B from Pile to Lapad. Free customer parking on the marina forecourt — give your booking name to the attendant.
