2. What data we collect
Booking enquiries: name, email, WhatsApp number, preferred date, party size, free-text notes. Payment: settled in person at the dock in cash or by card — we do not collect or store card details online. Briefing log: name, ID type and number for the qualifying briefing log the Coast Guard inspects (Croatian law). Site analytics: if cookies are accepted, IP-anonymised pageview counts.
3. Why we collect it
To deliver the service you booked, keep the on-dock briefing log the Coast Guard reviews at spot inspections, and send weather updates.
4. Where it lives
Booking enquiries: Mailgun (EU region) and our own internal CRM. Payment data: not collected online — settled in person at the dock. Briefing logs: paper, locked at the dock office; digitised annually for tax filings. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Briefing logs: kept for the retention period required by the Coast Guard for personal-watercraft rentals. Booking enquiries: 3 years for tax/dispute purposes. Marketing emails (if you opt in): until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data at any time. Email info@jetskirentaldubrovnik.com with "GDPR" in the subject. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only by default. If you opt in to analytics, we set a Google Analytics 4 cookie with IP anonymisation enabled.
